Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Wonder Travel Products, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. That’s why we stand behind our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — so you can travel with confidence.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, for 15 years from date of purchase. That means if something goes wrong due to how we made it, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge.
Covered defects include:
- Broken zippers or handles
- Faulty wheels or straps
- Stitching or fabric defects
- Structural damage caused by regular use
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, stains)
- Damage caused by airlines or transit services (please file a claim with the carrier)
- Damage caused by natural disasters, such as earthquakes, fire, tornados and other disasters
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Wonder Travel Products
Warranty Process
To make a warranty claim:
- Email help@gowonder.co with your order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and let you know the next steps.
- If the issue is covered, we’ll repair the item or send you a replacement at our discretion.
- Shipping costs for warranty service may apply and are determined case by case.
Terms
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Lifetime refers to the expected usable life of the product, not the lifetime of the owner.
